Trevor Jones  Executive Director Before coming to KBM, Trevor  worked for Fairbanks Resource Agency (FRA).  As Director of the largest residential services program for the developmentally disabled in Fairbanks, he provided administrative direction and supervision to the agency’s team of case managers and direct service workers.    During his tenure, he merged two departments under one directorship, was recognized for his human resource management, and brought a program experiencing greater than 200 percent growth to an unmatched level of fiscal stability. Wanting to apply administration skills won in secular social services to the Church, Trevor began work with the historic Kodiak Baptist Mission mid April 1999. Rebecca Jones Preschool Associate Administrator Rebecca was born and raised in Kodiak.  Becca worked in Cambodia on and off for two years at an orphanage and still has a strong passion for the people there.  She has her degree in  Early Childhood Education and has the opportunity to be a full time mom.  It was at KBM where Trevor met his wife Rebecca.  They have a beautiful little girl, Evangelia and are expecting their second child in April.
